The physical attributes and restrictions of your property have to factor into the design process for it to be successful. We live on the East Shore. We know the land and its challenges. Our company has been designing and building custom homes here for more than a decade.
We assign realistic estimates and provide/update cost worksheets throughout the building process.
We are careful when planning timelines. We do not take on more projects in a year that we feel that we can complete.
We stand behind our product. We are licensed and insured and will not let a deficiency go unaddressed.
The management tools that are required for successful projects on the Eastshore are specific to this place. The supply chain is critical in remote locations. Properly scheduling trades is also important. There is a fairly linear order that which operations have to take place. Overlap and poor stacking of trades can really impair progress. Trades relationships are also key. Quality trades are in short supply. It is important to stay in good standing with the people we rely on from one project to the next.
We are a full-service construction company. We will consider projects at any scale (from shed to castle).
